Learning is good . Site visit and good client list.
Cons
Salary not on time poor management and mannerless people in top position. People use bad words and take videos on smartphones blackmailing employees even if there is no fault of employee. no one from the top people pay attention to any complain like this. Hr dont know policies and accounts cut money as expence.
