Pros
-Not busy and can work on your own pace
-Multiple breaks on a daily basis
-Employees help each other and relatively nice
-Floor manager is laid-back and tried to help as much as he can
-Unlimited supplies
-Full benefit
-Provide overtime on weekends
-Gets off on time
-Hours are 6:30am- 3:30pm so beats the traffic
Cons
-No A/C on floor
-Machines are old and not accurate (with cuts, blades are worn)
-Low pay
-Not enough manager to supervise, technically speaking only one manager on the whole floor
-Management is a mess, not systematic
-No outside businesses and sale team to look for businesses so once a project is done, you'll sit around for a month or 2 doing nothing
-No new technology to be used
-No opportunities for career advancement
-Have to bring your own tools (mainly drills)
-Mass lay off targeting relatively new employees (all before reaching 6 months mark) so they can kick you out the same day without paying any penalty
-Breakroom and bathrooms are small and nasty
-Street parking and will have weird people looking into your car
