Inexperienced management team that only enforces their ideologies creating a very one sided communication. A management team that is very inflexible and most definitely not agile. Double standards created between the management team and people below them. Poor communication between departments and noticeably between the management team creating a lot of uncertainties and double work. No accountability held against some of the department heads and the blame ends up on another employee. Seemingly a very manipulative management team. Visits from the UK counterparts are all in vain, brings no value to the middle and junior staff. Strong favourtism and disregard for people who are not in the same league. Generally a very unapproachable management team that likes to appear nice. A very strong play nice culture, don’t sense any genuineness or sincerity. Lack of honesty and transparency in the organization (locally) as they only serve to protect the greater interest of the company, their sales. No process is set in place that eventually leads you to fail or become uninspired to perform on the job. Human Resources is non existent. No appraisals or performance reviews.
