Pros
Availity has a wonderful leadership team that is always available to employees. The work environment is like no where else I have ever seen. Everyone is treated as an equal and office politics is limited.
Cons
Past managers and directors at Availity have been known to be a bit selfish, often taking credit for something they did not do. Availity seems to have been very good at weeding through these types of people.
