Worst IT company of my career - Anonymous employee Avalon Group Employee Review

1. No salary on time.... If you are lucky you may get your salary by 15-20 of the month. 2. Company thinks 10 times before spend Rs.1000/- for employees. 3. Useless Management. 4. Total Employees = 65, Party can only be give to one team.... They dont even let others know. 5. No work life balance 6. AC's dont work. 7. Office located at a very isolated place. 8. You need to bring your own cup for Tea/coffee, Company does not have money to provide cups. 9. Washroom are not cleaned. 10. seating arrangement is very poor, 6-8 people sit on one table where only 4 ppl can sit. 11. Office boys attitude is like they are the boss of this company. 12. Everyday Management is just behind to get the invoice cleared from client.... They don't understand if the work is not why will the client clear the invoice. 13. Management says we dont care about the work just get the invoice cleared. LASTLY>>>> COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE MONEY.... IT IS RUNNING ON HAND TO MOUTH SITUATION.
