If your a puppet and enjoy bottom of the barrel pay this is the company for you! Try rubbing elbows with the right person for a promotion hard work and dedication don’t get you far with this company. I’ve seen family and friends of higher up’s be promoted without a lick of experience and even burn down the building literally.
Cons
I worked for the company far longer then expected to dance with the devil. Extremely stressful work environment with aggressive goals and intimidating tactics from upper management; your liable to get fired any day. No job security. Get ready to pucker up and wear your knee pads to get ahead with Avalon. I’ve seen employees vetted for 5,9,12 ,15 years with the company and cut without any progressive discipline, warning or a single write up on file. Half the company doesn’t know the policy, they created. New hire training doesn’t exactly exist best advice make you a friend and hold on to excel.
