Heavy workload - Nurse Avamere Employee Review

Poor staffing- several times had no nursing relief show up and had to stay. Unrealistic workload for med nurse-often had to stay late to process and implement orders (sometimes 15 per shift)and document. Frequent interuptions from therapy, answering phones, visitors asking questions. Ratio is 15 high acuity residents to one nurse that does all meds, treatments, orders, assessment, and daily updates to MD.
