Great Concept, Poor Leadership - Anonymous employee Avance Care Employee Review

-Inconsistent communication, policies, guidance, and expectations -No transparency - a lot of secrecy and deceit -Lack of strong leadership at the corporate level -Employee favoritism to the point of firing good employees to be replaced with a "favorite" employee -No accountability at the executive management level....willing to fabricate stories/reasons in order to get their way -Talking out of both sides to employees and patients -And, no tolerance for employees who have differing opinions or ask too many questions -Benefits are not competitive for this market
