Pros
Good people, flexible, work from home (for now). They seem to want to invest in employees. Lots of pto and not a toxic environment like some start ups
Cons
The company is a little dated. The IT support is HORRIBLE. Like inexcusable in terms of incompetence. If you want to do something simple, say reset a password, you have to go through an antiquated portal run by people who don't speak English half the time. The it infrastructure is a joke. They should be embarrassed. I also feel like the return to work issue has not been addressed properly. I get that we are in unprecedented times but the vast majority of employees work fine from home and at the most want a hybrid schedule. HR on the other hand is promoting the typical "we pride ourselves in having a workplace culture that blah blah" BS. Give me a break.
