Cons
They push people past their limits, play favoritism, and ignore the demands of their audience. The venue is constantly overcrowded because of mgmt's greed. Employees are pressured to the point of burnout and never rewarded. They just did a round of layoffs and offered zero severance to employees who had been with the company for over a year. They deny you health insurance for the first three months that they hire you. The new senior mgmt has no clue what they're doing and have been in a constant state of restructuring for nearly a year now. Roles and workflows are constantly in flux. They ask for your career goals, and ignore them. They didn't offer anyone bonuses last year, but somehow found room to open up a CMO role and then spend millions of dollars on Electric Zoo.
