Upper management should listen to the middle managers in the day to day operations. Not enough planes to support the owners.

Get to see the whole country plus Mexico and Canada. Pay is good although it was cut last year. You have a set schedule which makes planning easier. Get to fly celebrities every now and then. The Piaggio is a nice plane to fly. You get airline miles and hotel points.

Long workdays with minimal rest becoming the norm. Have to deal with angry customers. Vacation was reduced to 1 week a year, per diem cut in half recently. Lack of communication between mgt and pilots.
