Worked here for less than a year - Anonymous employee Avante Partners Employee Review

First off, I just want to say that I don't think you are confused or misunderstood. We respect everyone's individual opinion and encourage people to share their experience at the company whether its good or bad. Although, we believe that the company is a great place to work and I'm sure that there is something positive you took away from working here. I wish you would have come talk to me in person to discuss your frustrations rather than write an anonymous review, so that we could have had a professional open conversation. However, I will address a few of your points for anyone who reads this review. 1. We are not trying to save anything or prevent any "truth" from being exposed. We are a legitimate corporation in the state of NJ that is structured like every other for profit business, and work with some of the most reputable brands in the world. All of our employees are W2, and are offered commission plus bonuses, or salary plus commission. We also offer benefits after 120 days of working at the company and up to 5 days of paid sick leave. No one pays any type of fee to work here and we do not require anyone to recruit anyone. I have copied the definition of what a pyramid scheme is below which is clearly not us. "a form of investment (illegal in the US and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruits two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones." 2. Every positive review is just as authentic and real as the one you wrote. I encourage people to write reviews and share their experience as every business owner does. I have never told people what to write or made anyone write anything. There is nothing we are trying to hide or need to cover up. The only part I dislike about these reviews, is that people like yourself can right anonymous reviews and say anything you want with zero consequences regardless of the validity to it. 3. It appears our values are not the same. We don't think we "run the world," nor are we trying to. We are a company that is working alongside reputable companies creating a win-win relationship, and enjoy having fun in the process. We want to help our clients and everyone we hire grow and accomplish their goals. I highly doubt that our well known clients would risk their brand name in partnering with a company like ours if it wasn't legitimate. I know we have a positive work environment where people are happy and excited about growing with the company, but if anyone questions the happiness of our employees they can come interview any of our employees and judge for themselves. I am not sure way you are so unhappy with myself or the company. Although we are not perfect, it is crazy to me that you didn't take anything positive away from working here even if it wasn't a good match for you.
