      Cons

      No placements are there, Bad politics, Fraud University, No career Opportunity, They will pretend that they have given you the job because you are in need of it, Disparity among employees, No policies for female.

      Pros

      The faculty members are very cooperative and supportive. Colleagues are friendly and work together as a team.

      Cons

      Management needs major improvement in terms of employee handling. Salaries are always delayed. Employees are not treated well, and appreciation is very limited. Promotions are not based on performance or experience. Salary growth is quite low compared to the efforts and years of service given.
