Pros

There are some incredible people who work for the company

Cons

Everything else. Constant layoffs, cost cutting at every opportunity, absolutely abysmal culture (everyone is just sitting around waiting for be laid off), c-level management has no direction, there doesn’t seem to be a vision for the company, Avaya has “restructured” employee pay (some employees took a 30% pay decrease with zero recourse, they were told to quit if they didn’t like it). It’s just a bad bad company to work for. I’d say “don’t join” but Avaya has hired in months, so worries there.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
