Every negative review you read here is true. The dysfunction is unbelievable--until you witness it for yourself. All decisions big and small are made by a select few, most of whom are in China. US offices are viewed as a necessary evil and are the first to be gutted when Goldman decides the overhead is too high. Do NOT take a chance on this place. Countless former employees who did, from entry level to C level, all ended up in the same situation: fired without cause. Take heed of what you read on this page, and move on.
