Great company, Great people - Sr. Manager IT Aventiv Technologies Employee Review

My internship at Aventiv was a truly valuable experience. Unlike some programs where interns are only given small or surface-level tasks, here I was trusted with real responsibilities that had an impact. The projects I worked on made me feel productive and part of the team, not just an extra set of hands. Coy were supportive and open to feedback, and I appreciated the balance between guidance and independence. I walked away from the internship with stronger skills, new perspectives, and tangible accomplishments that I can point to in my career.

The company is quickly expanding, so sometimes it can be a little hard to find information or resources right away.

Working from home was nice

Management has a us vs them mentality. They do NOT listen to the people actually doing the work on the front line. When I was working at Securus/Aventiv the atmosphere was a bit hostile toward the staff, and HR (which covers the company) was not helpful for the staff. There were a few really good supervisors and managers, but then when you hit upper management, communication fell apart.
