- Little to no training - Majority of customers speak Spanish; disadvantage if you are not bilingual - Intimidating owners who do not know how to manage a store - If the owners don’t like you personally they won’t give you a chance; will ask as if everything is okay, then will let you go suddenly with no notice - May be given full time hours with no benefits ( lawsuit waiting to happen )
