My experiences with Avenue Alive Direct - Account Manager Avenue Alive Direct Employee Review

I've spent over a year with this company. I moved to Columbus, Ohio with the understanding that my opportunity would be taken seriously, seeing that I moved here with my family all across the country. I gained the support of other business leaders across the country and built relationships with others in this company. That is why I trusted my opportunity and growth in the hands of the management team. Top reasons I love working here: 1. I am gaining the necessary skills and experiences that its going to take for me to run an effective business 2. I work with a group of individuals on a daily basis that motivate me and constantly remind me of "My Why" through their hard work, and dedication of hitting their own goals. 3. I work directly with the CEO of the company Josh, who I appreciate a lot for his continuous coaching and accountability.

I feel any individual has to understand that you have to make personal changes to be successful no matter what! Whether it be this company or any other business venture at some point you have to develop your mindset and way of thinking to take it to the next level. Not everyone is willing to do that.

I am a current employee at Avenue Alive Direct, and I am very happy with the overall experience I have had here so far. I have never done any type of marketing or sales in the past, so naturally I was a little nervous coming into the job. The one thing I realized very quickly was that you don’t need much experience in the marketing field to succeed in this company. They taught me everything I needed to know within my first week or so, and then once I got the hang of it I was much more confident in my abilities, and it really just came down to knowing how to build good relationships with people. Once I learned the basics I was even more excited to continue learning and taking on more responsibilities. The sales aspect of the job is not hard pressure sales, and it is something that is very easy to grasp, and actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it! I have earned promotions within the first few months here, and have also been able to coach and teach new people as well, which is now my favorite part of my job. I have fun at work, and I always have goals to work towards, and new things to learn. Even though I never pictured myself in a position like this, I am really happy with my job and the opportunities in the future that I’m working towards.

I honestly cant think of any negative aspects of my experience
