2yThank you for your feedback. We recognize that bonus structures being tied to overall company performance did not work for a lot of employees, and we have updated that for next year's payouts. Regarding salary increases, they are tied to individual performance as well as market rates. We utilize a global market survey system that allows us to remain competitve with our salary grades. We are also happy to let you know that our Talent Development team does offer formal career paths in our Avetta University system.
