Absolutely everything. The place is a joke, and I’m sure a HR rep is going to the the typical “I’m sorry for your experience. Please contact Hr to address”. Which means nothing because the HR department does absolutely nothing when a concern is brought to their attention. They tell you what you want to hear and sweep it under the rug. They hire managers that have ZERO experience in the field that we are in and think that it’ll fit. They could of been a manager of a gas station and they some how think it’ll be a good fit. What they FAIL to understand is just because someone has experienced none field of aviation means nothing to the passenger side of aviation. The “management” they put into play couldn’t even help out with working flights if they wanted to. But HR and upper management honestly could care less which is most likely because all “upper management” does is hire who they are friends with. The upper management don’t care about you. They will come in, not introduce themselves not take the time to talk with employees and just show the employees that they actually care. They come in yell and complain, talk to certain people like they are the scum on the bottom of their shoes then leave. To make it that much better our “upper management” has never even held the roles of station manager or anything to fully understand what we go through. They lie and say they have but the truth is already out there. Unfortunately you can’t hide behind it. It’s a absolutely trash company, and until the “HR” department actually does something to fix the issue it will continue.

Majority of employees are fantastic people who come in, follow procedures and work!

Management. They have no clue what they are doing. Do you like getting your schedule 6 days in advance, works well if you never want to make plans. From the ticket counter to the gate, you’re in charge of all of it. And if something happens that shouldn’t, the accountability is placed on the supervisor and NOT the employee who made the mistake. Hope you like being in 4 places at once.They don’t know how to talk to their employees and supervisors. Speak in a very berating and degrading tone. You think you have good ideas? Let me save you some time, they don’t care and if it isn’t their idea…they won’t implement it. Zero communication. No one logs into their email and management will not make them. Management wouldn’t even give me a phone list. I had to go and ask each of my employees for their personal number to be able to contact them. Planes are incredibly dirty because they don’t wipe down the seats, or the trays. It’s pathetic. Managers will not support you or back you up. They only care when mistakes are made, not about preventing them. Do yourself a favor and skip on this company, they’ll just drag you down and suck the potential out of you! Oh the insurance sucks, the pay double sucks and the support triple sucks. Flight benefits aren’t great either.
