Pros
Avianca is a fast growing company which is becoming the most important player in the Airline industry in South America. Because of the many recent acquisitions of other airlines the culture of the company is growing and changing positively at the same pase. You will find in all areas committed profesional that are willing to teach and learn. It is very challenging and interesting company to work at.
Cons
Because of the many new acquisitions, and the cost savings programs (present all over the industry) there is a fight for power and it is some times a very competitive (unhealthy) environment. This also limits some times the career opportunities.
