Great work environment, the new CEO is accessible, transparent, customer oriented, goals oriented. Awesome benefits for employes. This is the place where I have been the happiest at on my whole professional career life.
Cons
On this new pandemia reality, all of the aviation industry has been badly hurt and that has affected negatively Avianca's stability. I pray we will get back on the air soon.
