      Really fun job, good support from other staff, paid well while I was there.

      Very tiring, but that's to be expected when wrangling kids.

      Amazing opportunity to make a change within the world by having fun and maintaining groups of children while exploring the backcountry and spreading outdoor knowledge.

      Rent gear after hours, outside

      Cons

      Low pay, woke management, cult like agendas, cruel office politics, do not recommend for actual climbing guides or real outdoor instructors, choose a real outfitter to work for
