No opportunity for advancement - Admissions Representative Avila University Employee Review

The campus is small and intimate but where it lacks in size it makes up for in personality. i can't say I've ever experienced a dull day here or with the people that I've come across. Most people are happy to be here and in the last couple years campus involvement opportunities have skyrocketed.

Communication from officials could be a little better and changes to policies or metrics could be given more clarity
