Very Unprofessional - TL Avion Technology Employee Review

There is no work-life balance. The management is very unprofessional, as most of them don't have a solid corporate background. Every department in the company lacks professionalism and corporate behavior. The HR department holds no responsibility for any employee, so promotion and increment are off the table. Because of the unprofessional attitude of management and HR, most of the employees are only complaining and are in frustrating condition. Not a healthy place to work, it has nothing to offer for your personal growth.
