Pros
Got free shares annually. They also did save as you earn which was very popular. As a large company even when I was facing redundancy it was easy to move to another department and felt they wanted to keep people rather than lose them.
Cons
Struggled to get progression within the department I worked. Felt as though your face had to fit and actual skills were ignored.
