      Aviva has better work-life balance than many other companies I worked with. Overall working environment and leave policy system is great.

      The top management team can be better as it takes a long time for finalizing the decisions.

      proficient in manual testing and thorough understanding of the entire SDLC as well as STLC.

      Honestly there were not any downsides except for the fact that my contract ended and i was unable to work with such prestigious company.
