Dissapointment - Manager Avocette Technologies Employee Review

Where to start. Company on boarding is horrible. Took at least 4 weeks before I was given any real direction. In the end I told a different manager I was free and started working for him! Upper management was no better. On the one hand there is a constant feeling of running around like a headless chicken and utter chaos, then the next minute there is an in depth analysis down to the last dollar and questions on why revenue targets are not being met. How about a establishing a plan and then working it through. Disappointing. I thought I did my homework before coming here.
