Company had a good employee centered mentality.

Rubber plant, hot presses. Not for everyone.

All of the people that work at the Salem NH site are backbone of the DOD contract that pays everyone's salaries. But all of the upper management (all remote) that make all of the money also make very poor decisions. Onsite manager is a workaholic and does make the best decisions for this site,

Upper management is the main issue with this local company. This company is a separate company from the one based in the UK. All of the onsite Administrator jobs have to double up on the work. Too many meetings IT Dept. was working great until upper management took over, Now we have no one and the last guy took over for the last 2 people they fired. Careful if you want to work in the IT Dept here. Not a career company, its just a job. Chaotic and small work environment. Packed in like sardines. Confusing how this site has a contract with the US Government but the main company is based in the UK. Can you say foreign influence?
