      good salary and good benefits

      Cons

      not the most exciting place to work as a creative. Clients are very corporate minded. Leadership has a difficult time communicating and selling value to the client. High personnel turnover with the exception of leadership, not much room for growth

      Pros

      Despite COVID-19, AvreaFoster still upheld an amazing intern program over the summer. It was organized, valuable, and the people made it even better!

      Cons

      No cons. I wish it was in person because the office is beautiful, but COVID-19 restricted it. Not their fault.
