Poor managment and no accountability - Medical Advocate Aware (PA) Employee Review

The efforts of the company are disorganized and management is not open to any feedback. Not all employees are held to the same standard. There is no way to leave valid feedback for managment because the executive director will not accept it. The focus on chain of command is frustrating because if you have a valid concern about your supervisor, you are to take that concern to your supervisor.
