Pros

Wear whatever you want to work Free cake once a month Games in the break room I don't work there anymore That's all

Cons

Where do I even begin??? Bad management Low pay Nepotism No raises/ bonuses NO career advancement ( unless you are picked as a favorite. Forget about it if you're a woman and/or a POC) Terrible hours ( depending on your schedule) Good luck going to HR for any issue, it's a joke. ( glorified party planners) Technical support basically gets looked down upon Majority of them aren't happy and management does NOT care I could honestly write pages of cons, but I'll leave it at DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Especially if you have a college degree.

Pros

Fast paced technology company. Growing, changing, evolving. Break room has lots of toys (pool table, Foosball, ping pong, play-station and WII) to help with stress and the location is unique with the retro-industrial look. People are friendly and helpful in all departments. Call center mgmt is fair and loves to have fun with the group. Managers genuinely care about their employees and it shows. Call volume can be busy at times but that is normal in call centers and keeps the day challenging.

Cons

Currently going through internal growth changes - changes cause stress and a feeling of uncertainty at times especially when communication is slow/lacking. Splitting the call center into smaller groups was a great idea but the NOC needs more people. Some data bases need updating and performance updates to help us to be more productive.
