Pros

-Comfortable work environment without much drama. -Once you have been working for the company awhile and proved yourself as a reliable employee, they offer great work life balance. Horrible snow day, you can work from home. Kid gets sick at school, just let others know and check out for the day. -They always try to stay innovative with today technology trends. Always open to questions or opinions. Overall the company cares about its employees and having a good work environment. They have always been supportive of me even when i had to takes some time off for medical reasons. I was welcomed back when i was better without stress or dislike of my absence. In the time i have worked with the company, anyone who was let go abruptly was let go for a series of job requirement mistakes or for causing unnecessary/ unprofessional drama. And many were given many chances to make improvements. Any employee that decided to leave for new opportunities or was laid off because of changing direction in the company was always helped and given a final sendoff with a employee night out for drinks. That's one of the best things about working for a good small company, you are noticed as part of the business.

Cons

-Small business, so not as many financial benefits can be offered but they try to offer as much as they can. -Company does change direction a lot, so be open to that. -Got shot in the eye with a Nerf dart once, we stopped the shootouts after that...
