      - Flexible work - Flexible hours - Work in different projects

      Cons

      - Maximum salary for senior is low compared to even other starups - Salary comes in late, they issue payout on the 1st of every month and only comes in after a week - No room for career growth - Favoritism with clients - Clients give you ratings that not necessarily true, Imagine dealing with rude clients everyday. - They prioritize their own people than people not from their country (imo).

      Hey-hey, Thanks for your feedback! Let me comment on the salary aspect: our payouts are usually adjusted to your country's market. The payout from the company always comes in time - at the beginning of each month, up to the 10th day. Saying it's not only as a company's representative but as a person who has been working at Awesomic for more than a year :)

      Pros

      A great community, different projects and opportunities and an amazing exposure. I love the work model, super flexible and never a boring moment as we work on different tasks in different areas and industries.

      Cons

      Maybe the vacations could be a bit more than 15 day, other than that everything's great
