      - 4 day week - modern tech stack - no micro management

      Cons

      - opportunity for promotion comes yearly which I think should probably be changed to 6 months - promotions rarely happen although deserved

      Pros

      The company offers a comprehensive training program and a wealth of learning resources. The team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The benefits are excellent, and the overall culture is positive and inclusive. There are clear opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and the flexibility to work from home or even remotely from other countries.

      Cons

      The only minor downside is using a PC instead of a Mac. Other than that, no complaints—very satisfied overall!
