      Por ser uma empresa global, onde as coisas são replicadas de fora, há coisas boas como 4 dias de trabalho, pensamentos no funcionário como saúde e bem estar.

      Cons

      - Se você não baba ovo dos seus chefes você será esquecido e seu trabalho não será visto. - Você também não pode ir contra os queridinhos dos seus chefes, mesmo essas pessoas estando erradas. Mesmo com argumentos e números você irá perder. - Não tem um plano de carreira sólido, eles contraram sênior que não sabem nada e não promovem as pessoas do time, (o sênior é amigo de fora do chefe) - Os beneficios deveriam ser revistos.

      Pros

      The company offers a comprehensive training program and a wealth of learning resources. The team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The benefits are excellent, and the overall culture is positive and inclusive. There are clear opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and the flexibility to work from home or even remotely from other countries.

      Cons

      The only minor downside is using a PC instead of a Mac. Other than that, no complaints—very satisfied overall!
