      4 day work week is the best thing about it but low pay - Global Account Manager Awin Employee Review

      Pros

      The best thing they have to offer is the 4 day work week. But sometimes work can spill into your off day.

      Cons

      The pay is low with no bonus or commission. You literally can work your butt off but don't see anything in return financially.

      Pros

      The company offers a comprehensive training program and a wealth of learning resources. The team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The benefits are excellent, and the overall culture is positive and inclusive. There are clear opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and the flexibility to work from home or even remotely from other countries.

      Cons

      The only minor downside is using a PC instead of a Mac. Other than that, no complaints—very satisfied overall!
