Nothing good comes to my mind

- A lot of politics at C-suite level - Over promises and under delivers to its customers and employees - Very short staffed for the amount of work that needs to be done - Laid off all its employees in Germany where all the developers and engineering team reside. - No career progression - Most of the projects are delayed for over a year - Management never trusts the engineering teams and looks for complete and total control over development - Poor funding received. The funds received are not utilized appropriately
