      - This company had a great client portfolio that can help you to boost your career. As a belgium company you can benefit from advantages such as company car and phone and events. - Nice way to start a freelance career

      - It lets you believe that they will manage your career but it is really up to you to do so. - You are told that you are in a meritocracy but it is more an oligarchy of business managers that count on technical consultants to do the work and grab back the money.
