Pros

Work from home is the only pros

Cons

1) most unprofessional people, they still follow the culture of superiority where you don’t have your own opinion and always have to please your Manager at all costs. 2) management is not considerate and would always make sure that you don’t even get sick leaves as they don’t have enough people. Taking emergency leave is also frowned upon. Don’t expect any flexibility if you’re sick or you have family emergency. According to them that’s your problem. 3) they treat employees like slaves where you have to be available 24*7*365 days as you wfh. 4) systems are outdated with no support, you are expected to be a developer and network engineer at same time. Senior management has no clue of technology and just Wants work done. 5) it’s more of a dictatorship type management style

Pros

Culture and Work: The environment is culturally diverse, which brings a great variety of perspectives to the team. There is no shortage of exciting, high-impact technical work to dive into. Work-Life Balance: Despite the fast pace and challenging projects, the company maintains a healthy work-life balance and respects personal time. Benefits: The company provides a strong benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and helpful employee assistance programs. Professional Growth: There is a genuine investment in employee development. Management is supportive of learning and often sponsors professional coursed or industry conferences.

Cons

Currently, there is a lack of permanent remote work options for employees based in India. In the current tech landscape, adopting a more flexible "work from anywhere" policy would be a significant advantage for long-term retention and attracting top talent.
