Pros
Good salary and benefits, great work-life balance, CEO is superb with clear vision on what should the company do. Office in a central location and great transport connectivity.
Cons
HR practices does not encourage loyalty to the company. Slow to response to staff grievances, and perception of favoritism everywhere. Parking is limited and expensive at the office location, but public transport can overcome that.
