Pros

I joined Axience to gain deep exposure to investment and credit research, and I got more than I expected. Good entry point for freshers in finance/research and exposure to financial modeling, valuation, and market research. Learning opportunities in finance, valuation, and sector research and across different sectors/projects. I got exposure to different sectors and project types and learned new things during my tenure There is no delay in salary payments and everything is done in timely manner. The management and senior team understand the employees issues and provide solution towards the situation. So overall I liked the company environment and people.

Cons

Sometimes long working hours, due to work requirements. Processes are fixed so sometimes it creates problem to understand.

Pros

Salary may be. That also, they calculate based on the number of working days. If you take 1 day leave, they will deduct salary for 1 day based on the number of working days.

Cons

Pathetic company. The CEO is mentally, physically and technically handicapped. He will send random mails at random times to anyone asking for anything. He has no boundaries. He will send derogatory emails insulting everyone. He treats everyone like a slave. He has made pathetic processes which all the people has to follow. Even if you miss 1 dot, he will fire you. The HR are his puppets. They work like school monitors, You will be scolded and deducted salary for changing place for discussion. There is no freedom whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no decent work. Only repeat , copy paste work. No career growth. They will add a clause to your salary like some amount will be deducted if you leave before 1 year because most of the people leave within 1 year even without having a job. Hiring never stops here because almost every week people are leaving. They only have 50-60 employees. They have beej in existence for around 18 years and still not been able to grow much because of this dumb CEO.
