      Good exposure to SME industry software products

      Cons

      Seniors are more focused on the juniors personal lives than the company work. So much of favoritism happening among seniors and employees. The clients are constantly backing out due to poor coordination and dissatisfaction of products and services provided. Makes it hell when an employee wants to leave by forcing the employees to pay out which is outside the contract.

      Fancy welcome at first. This is only thing I can find.

      Cons

      This May be the worst IT company in SL. Salary payment are getting delay in every month. Use legacy technology. Unsatisfied customers put pressure on employees. Senior technical leaders don’t care / don’t know how to address the issues. No employee insurance. No bonus.
