The management style is a controlling and type X system. If you aren't aware, that is a system where your direct managers think that if you aren't at your desk and in the office you aren't productive. Managers like this believe, even if you're complete with your work, you must put in 9-10 hours per day 5-days a week or you aren't a "team" player. Upper management doesn't respond to texts or emails requesting meetings or discussions on issues brought to their attention.
