nothing,financially any body have settled then will have to go and work blindly for short time.
Cons
Basic requirement of employee salary his not given and salary given for every 3 months. poor management it's like family management like CEO COO HR all are family members they dont have any scope and objective for long time simply blame the normal employee. no work life balance neither work nor salary or learn the above words if wrong then get the feedback from current employee or existing employees from any social network LinkedIn etc..
