Pros

The office on Broadway was clean, they are right in the heart of time square very easy to get to.

Cons

The Recuriter that I worked with was not very compassionate, I had a lot of problems with my placement she did not seem to care at all. Many people at my job was very displeased with placement and she would simply tell them "be happy you have a job". She would tell people a job title and when they get to the job it is nothing that they originially expected. She isn't concerned with the "person" as much as she is with her paycheck. Wouldn't work at Axion LLC again!

Pros

The best thing about working here is that you can set your own limits as to where and how far you want to travel for your work environment. You can specify the exact locations and amount of caseload you are willing /able to do in a specific period and they will work with you. The office staff are always available by phone or email and also have an on-call line to assist after office hours. This makes it easy to stay connected to your employer who is states away from your location and even possibly in a different time zone. The work is very rewarding as you have the opportunity to help others get their healthcare issues addressed and help get them the resources they need to improve their current health status as much as possible to alleviate complications and continued hospitalizations . For others, you may not be able to change their current situation-but can get them the help they need to work through any end of life issues they may have and give them some kind of hope for the days ahead on a difficult journey in which they may not be adequately prepared.

Cons

Wrong clientele information-phone numbers, addresses, and then to set up an appointment and arrive at your destination to find out they are back in the hospital-ASSTD LVG-SNF-or through family member that they are DECEASED---and you DO NOT GET PAID for any travel mileage and get NO gas allowance for your effort-only to have to reschedule again for some-and then , the embarrassing apologies calling or showing up at a home where someone has already passed away---not a fun thing to have to do...breaks your heart---but then, you may get an opportunity to offer hope as well as sympathy to the family...may make their journey through the loss of their loved one a little more bearable....SO, you are not at a total waste of your time. Words of encouragement can help many face the difficult loss with a renewed strength and hope.
