Not going in positive direction - SAS Consultant AxionConnect Infosolutions Employee Review

1->I want to warn fresh engineers considering this company....please reconsider before joining. Many of the positive reviews appear to be written under pressure from management. I strongly advise against accepting an offer here. I left within three months due to a low salary and a toxic work environment. The company does not provide basic equipment such as laptops or necessary work kits. Upper management does not take responsibility for their mistakes and often shifts the blame onto employees.

Leaves may be cancelled on the same day, even when already approved, and salary deductions can follow. Job salary is significantly lower compared to industry standards and other companies.

I have wasted two years in this organisation while working for them. Upper management makes you work even during your sick leave. They don’t know how to be professional. They don’t know how to use basic sense

I faced lot of issues while working with seniors and they have huge ego They didn't approve my Bonus and other benefits while i was leaving Your salary will come after every 3 months of working and that too 80% I'll suggest you to Abscond this company anytime soon
