However in the case of Axios this is not true, this company really is rotten to the core and the majority of content in the reviews is accurate. There is a toxic fear culture in this organisation driven by the family that own the business. Employees tend to keep their heads down than draw attention to themselves and get in the firing line of the family. The other Directors regularly interfere with the business and regularly undermine the CEO, ignoring instructions, doing whatever they believe is good for them and not considering what is good for the company. The whole management team has recently resigned and left due to the toxic behaviour of the Directors The whole Admin and HR teams resigned in one week due to ethical issues by the family, as have most of the good Finance staff This company is on a downward spiral...hire a new management team....wait 12-18 months....management team leave or are fired......hire a new management team.....wait 12-18 months....management team leave or are fired..... this is also the same with sales staff Technology business has changed over the past 30 years and if you keep doing the same things you have always done that don't work, then you will continue to get the same poor results year after year Seriously think twice about joining this organisation as it can be damaging to your health and mental state. There are seriously easier and nicer ways to make money than working here.
