* Information and technology happily shared throughout the company to help everyone and the company grow
* While the salary is not the best, the opportunities and other compensations more than make up for it.
* A very safe environment for everyone, discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in the slightest

* Low wage
* Some groups within the company strongly lack any passion for their work and are ok with just doing the minimum, which is supported by their superiors. (Though not by the founder who still works there)

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company.
There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales.
Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.
Cons
Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales.
Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
