Pros

Axis is a life changing experience for those who have worked elsewhere! The culture here is second to none and the long term vision to build a sustainable sales model for stable sustainable business. The company culture and core values are what we live and not just words, creating an environment second to none Strong leadership and clear vision on company direction to build the team necessary to remain an industry leader. The listen, they act, they reward and you are provided with positive reviews. Education and support to continuously learn is rewarded at Axis. New exciting projects outside of core responsibilities for those that want to do more and the ability of growth opportunities. Exchange program for those that want to try something new. Mentorship opportunity to help you grow or to learn new things. Sabbatical program for every 5 years of service. Great company in a great industry. Working hard and playing hard is so rewarding. Everyday feels like the best day!

Cons

I don't have any cons per say - sometimes things move to slow but that is strategic and sometimes not a bad thing. Like any growing company it has some issues but nothing that would cause me to leave!

Pros

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Cons

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
